Shazia Ginai is the founder of Exhale Expand Ltd, a business growth consultancy. With a successful career across both client and agency businesses, Shazia has proven expertise in driving business growth.

Beginning at P&G, Shazia’s curiosity led her to deliver multiple product launches in the luxury fragrance and skincare categories. Following this, Shazia created and led the Insight function at the market leading hair styling company GHD, cementing her passion for actionable insights and empathetic leadership. Being an expert in conducting research was great, but her drive for understanding business led her to a sales and marketing role at the cutting-edge agency Neuro-Insight. Her knowledge of the human mind was also strengthened here working with world leading neuroscientists. Eventually she took on the role of CEO.

After a successful period running the company, her ambition moved her to take on more challenging C-Suite roles specifically to drive business growth, which led to the creation of Exhale Expand. This consulting practice allows Shazia to work with values driven businesses to drive sustainable growth and healthy happy organisations.

Beyond her career, Shazia passionately champions equality and inclusion, with involvement in Colour of research, the Market research society, Women in research and Endometriosis UK. She is a trained yoga teacher and breathwork practitioner, which is always an add on for clients looking to improve workplace wellbeing.
