Topic: How to Calm Your Nervous System for Success

Alexandra McCalla is a Breathwork & Somatic Therapist who helps people reconnect with their bodies, release stuck energy, and heal unprocessed trauma. Her work is all about guiding people back to themselves—helping them feel more grounded, embodied, and connected to others. Her approach blends years of therapeutic training with a rich background as an award-winning technology entrepreneur and former Fortune 500 business consultant.

Her journey into this work is deeply personal. After years of navigating autoimmune disorders, chronic stress, and PTSD, she found healing through breathwork and somatics—transforming her life from survival mode to one of deeper connection and embodiment. Now, she helps others do the same, guiding clients and groups through profound transformational journeys.

Before this, she spent years in the business world—consulting for large enterprises and founding an award-winning tech start-up. She’s no stranger to high-pressure environments and knows firsthand how disconnection and stress can take their toll. That’s why she’s passionate about helping leaders and entrepreneurs regulate their nervous systems, build resilience, and lead with authenticity.

Alexandra’s career reflects her ability to navigate complexity and innovate with impact. Today, she brings that same skill and presence to her therapeutic work, reminding us that expansive sustainable success as a leader comes through being connected to ourselves and others.

Whether facilitating breathwork, speaking, or holding space for groups, she brings a holistic, grounded, and compassionate approach to her work—helping people unlock the freedom that comes with being fully embodied.
