Babita Earle is a seasoned business leader specializing in strategy, growth, and customer engagement in international markets. As the Managing Director International at Zappi since January 2024, she focuses on fostering growth and team happiness across global markets. Previously, she served as EVP Global Enterprise Partnerships, driving digital transformation in research processes for major enterprises, and as EVP Strategic Partnerships, where she led commercial strategies and global partnerships. Known for her conference speaking expertise, Babita's career reflects a passion for innovation and business impact.

Babita Earle is a seasoned leader with over 25years experience in the Insights Industry specializing in strategy, growth, and innovation. As the Managing Director for Zappi’s International business her purpose is working with Insight functions of all shapes and sizes on their systems, processes and people with a goal to ensure Insights has a seat at the table proving tangible business impact.

She has been an Advisory Board member for WIRe (Women In Research) and co-led the European arm of their Exec Group. Babita joined the MRS Main Board in April 2020 and chaired the MRS ED&I Council for 4 years.
