Following a career as a headhunter and roles at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch, where she oversaw recruitment, she established City CV in 2009. City CV is now part of the Hanover Group, where Victoria sits on the global group board.

With a particular passion for supporting women in transforming their careers, she is the leading expert on how to radiate brilliance on CVs & LinkedIn to secure dream roles.
