Topic: How to Build Wealth as a Woman

Tamara Gillan is a pioneer in partnership marketing and an advocate for social change. Entrepreneurship is in her DNA, she loves to challenge the status quo and she believes passionately in the power of collaboration—her mantra being, “We are far stronger together.”

As the founder of Cherry London, one of the UK’s most influential partnership agencies, Tamara revolutionised the way businesses collaborate, leading strategies for brands like O2, Jaguar, Land Rover, Visa Europe, Red Bull and HSBC. Her superpowers—commerciality, structure, and partnerships—have been the driving force behind her ability to unite individuals and organisations to create meaningful, lasting impact.

A passionate champion for women of all ages, Tamara has spearheaded initiatives that advance female empowerment and financial literacy, including FFinc (formerly WealthiHer and WHN Group) which promotes women’s financial empowerment, and societal programs such as the UN's This Girl Can to create future leaders, and leaving a legacy for British sports post-London 2012 with the co-sponsors and Sport England. In her role at FFinc, she continues to lead global strategies as a consultant to organisations such as KPMG and HSBC to develop programmes to empower and advance women.

In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Tamara is a dedicated mentor, advisor, and fundraiser for charities supporting women and children. She has served on advisory boards for organisations like Women Unleashed, the Hunger Project, Gulls' Egg with Cure Parkinson’s and Foreign Sisters raising money for cancer. A single mother, Tamara is deeply committed to causes protecting vulnerable children, particularly girls, and continues to align her work with her passion for meaningful social change.
